Candidate forum on August 20!

The League of Women Voters will be hosting a virtual candidate forum with me and my opponent, Chris Heagarty on Thursday, August 20th at 3pm! We will do it via Zoom and a recording will be available on Youtube afterwards.

A parent for parents...

I am for school choice. Even within the school, you should have choices in what educational model and class works best for your student. One size does not fit all. As a mom of 2 kids in the Wake County Public School System, I want to empower parents to have a voice in curriculum and teaching methodology. If something isn't working for your child, it shouldn't require an act of Congress to try something else.

On the school board, I will be but one voice, but my goal is to amplify YOUR voice in your kids' education.
